Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (COVID-19 LOCKDOWN NOTICE - FOR ALL DELIVERIES DURING LOCKDOWN RETURN PERIOD IS EXTENDED TO 60 DAYS TO ACCOUNT FOR DIFFICULTY IN SHIPPING RETURNS. Faulty items are covered by a warranty for 12 months from purchase - please note if instructions are not followed on our t-shirts and small pulls appear these are not a fault and will not be exchanged or refunded.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same unworn condition that you received it (we understand an item maybe tried on briefly to check size). It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact before sending your item back via firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns address below.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at most within 30 days but normally much quicker.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price only. If items are purchased as part of the Buy One get One 10% off any single item returned will be refunded at the sale price of 10% off.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please note that we only replace items if they are defective - the process for exchanging for a different size or colour is to return the garment for a full refund and to place a new order for the desired size or colour. We carefully inspect all of our stock but please let us know right away if you discover a fault with the garment.
